Our Team

 Laura is a Certified and Licensed Massage Therapist who received her training from Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, VA. She is a Member of the American Massage Therapy Association. 

Laura founded the Health in Harmony Wellness Center to insure that the clients of Health in Harmony receive a high caliber of services from dedicated elite professionals, who provide personalized care for clients, to achieve improved health and better harmony with the world.

She has went on to receive extensive specialized Training in John Barnes MyofascialRelease where she can help with injuries and resetting the nervous system with the body to work more harmoniously together. Laura also received extensive training in Sound Healing which also integrates a great deal of nervous system balance. Once again brining harmony in the tones being used and to a persons's feeling of well being. 

Emma is a Licensed Esthetician. She enjoys helping people fall in love with their skin. Her passion for skin care translates through her expertise in customized facials, product knowledge, corrective treatments, full body scrubs, and waxing. Emma's attention to detail shines through the results her clients see from several skin concerns including rosacea, acne, aging, puffiness, and dry/dull/listless skin. She is enthusiastic about continuing her education throughout her career to introduce new techniques, information, and methods to revitalize your skin. Which has lead her to providing a more encompassing care through her facials with additional massage techniques for 

TMJ/buccal massage, manual lymphatic drainage, Migraines, and cupping.

Zane is a Stretch and Mobility Coach. His background in Kinesiology and physical training gives him a deep understanding of the interconnectivity throughout the body. He utilizes this knowledge to combine effective exercise and stretch techniques to improve the strength and stability of the body with customized sessions of assisted stretching and recovery sessions. His time as a CNA taught him better insight and a compassionate approach to the body. When Zane is not at Health In Harmony he is teaching PE and coaching sports for a local High School. Giving him an even greater insight to what an active body needs. Zane says  one of the things he enjoys most about his practice is bringing  more flexibility and mobility to clients, and time to decompress and rejuvenate as well.
